Obstruction to driveways

Cars keep parking between 72 and 74 in the small space infront of the wall they obstruct the view from both driveways and make getting on and off the driveways dangerous as we are often in the middle of the carriageway we both observe the highway code and do not reverse onto a major highway. The road is very busy and is s major thoroughfare from Shirehampton to Lawrence Weston. Please can cars be prohibited from parking in this small space before there is a serious accident. This has been an ongoing issue despite polite requests not to park there.. Thank you.
