Possible flyposting in local park

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7439068.

A banner has been put up on the south-facing railings of the large children’s play area in Blaise. I’m not sure whether it has been authorised by the council.

I understand that unauthorised banners in public spaces may be considered flyposting, so I’m raising this in case it hasn’t gone through the proper process.

When submitting this, I was asked whether the content is inappropriate or abusive. As the banner is not written in English, I’m unable to assess this.

Could the council confirm whether this banner has been approved?
