Hello, There is a massive bramble and waste bin as well as garbage blocking the alleyway between Palmyra Road and Elmdale Road in BS3 behind the Luckwell pub. It is also breaking wooden fences in the houses backing onto the alley. Please can this be cleared as soon as possible especially as this is growing really fast. Thank you for your help!
