Series of potholes and surface erosion along nearside carriageway edge

Reported via desktop in the Roads category anonymously at 16:50, Tuesday

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7439925.

Series of connected potholes and surface damage along the nearside edge of Sea Walls Road, a short distance uphill from the previous reported defect. The upper surface layer is breaking away in several places, exposing the underlying structure and forming a rough, uneven edge.

Loose debris is present and the surrounding tarmac is cracked and crumbling. These defects lie in the nearside wheel path and are particularly hazardous for cyclists or vehicles moving over to avoid oncoming traffic.

Please inspect the full affected stretch of road and carry out appropriate repairs.
