Central carriageway pothole near junction with Avon Grove

Pothole located in the centre of the carriageway near the junction with Avon Grove. The defect appears to be from a failed previous repair, with the surface layer worn away and a circular patch of older road material exposed.

Although the surrounding tarmac is mostly intact, the sunken area poses a hazard to vehicles turning or crossing at the junction, and may be particularly dangerous for motorcyclists or cyclists.

Please inspect and repair as appropriate.
