Huge lettering on slight underpass Newfoundland Way

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7440177.

As you drive into Bristol on the M32 there is large lettering on right hand wall "KISS MY A**E" This is a horrible introduction to Bristol and should be painted over. It would not be expensive to do so. Also there is SO much graffiti on walls and shops. Why can't it be cleaned up? It is hideous and quite depressing to see.
