Fly tipping of mattress on public footpath. At end of housing lane by electrical substation. Have video footage of item being unloaded from vehicle, along with registration and contact details taken from vehicle. Also business details obtained from vehicle. Clear evidence of item being unloaded from said vehicle with two occupants
