3 wooden pallets have been left in the corner of the parking area

They’ve been there for a week now. They are taking up a parking space.

There is a van filled with rubbish with a flat tyre which has since parked next to it which has been there for several days but the wooden pallets were there before the van. The van does not belong to anyone in the street
