Tree from house behind the wall overlooking parking area is very low hanging and almost obstructing parking spaces

The tree is hanging very low. If you have to park underneath it , the tree drips a sticky substance onto your car. This is difficult to remove from the car windscreen and bonnet. It’s been getting worse for the last 2 Months as the tree/bush is getting larger and hanging down into the parking area more
