Dropped kerb damaged. Accident hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7442178.

Dropped kerbs are damaged and need replacing. Have reported this numerous times and get a closed out ticked but nobody has repaired them. Please can this been fixed urgently as this is ongoing and a hazard. We have elderly, blind and people using mobility scooters in the area of unfixed this could be a nasty accident for them.
