Large pothole right next to previously patched pothole

New pothole developed on Alfred Place, just along from where previous pothole patched. Whole road surface in a terrible state along Alfred Place and reported multiple times and desperately needs resurfacing. However always same response - “part of planned work schedule” but in 3 years nothing has happened, yet neighbouring roads in a far better state have been redressed. Feeling by residents that our road as a rat run has been abandoned to its fate by council.
