Extremely large A board blocking pavement

The extremely large A board outside Clifton Cocktail club is obstructing the pavement. With it being near the litter bin it is only allowing two people to pass each other on what should be a wide pavement. The pavement was widened for pedestrians not advertising.

This A board falls foul of the A board rules and should not be there. It is chained to something and is there 24/7. Also, often it's blown over and that makes it a trip hazard.
