Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7453201.
I'm not sure if it's the electrical box or a bt box, but one of the doors is wide open exposing the cables.

A member of public has pushed the door closed, but unsure if it's secure. It's the box on the hand side if you're looking at them head on.
