Huge bush covering most of the pavement on blind corner

Reported previously in 6999727 and 6492948.

This is still an issue, it has not been resolved. The bush remains a huge obstruction to the pavement and makes crossing the road difficult and dangerous.

Apparently, an enforcement letter was sent but no action has been taken by the house.
