Ongoing Waste Accumulation Around Bins – Bedminster Place

This issue has been ongoing for several months. Rubbish continues to accumulate around the bins located at the end of Bedminster Place, near the alleyway connecting to Bedminster Parade. The area is usually only cleared (and not thoroughly) after I submit a formal complaint.

I have dozens of photos collected over the years that clearly show this is a recurring problem, not a one-off situation.

I would appreciate a more permanent and proactive solution to ensure the area remains clean and hygienic.
