High number of vehicles turning around at liveable road closure. sure liva

Reported via mobile in the Road signage category anonymously at 17:44, Tuesday 22 April 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7466630.

There is no road sign at the entrance of Lincoln Street to warn drivers of livable Road closure to Church Road. Please could we have a sign to say no access to Church Road, at the entrance to Lincoln Street. There are a high number of vehicles approaching the livable road closure and slamming on breaks then turning around. Cars often will be travelling at high speed and seem to turn around at quite a speed, as if they are angry. Thee have been a few incidence where cars are mounting the pavement to go through the liveable road block. I am worried someone or a child will get hurt. Plus the fumes are no less with all the cars turning around.
