The council have recently been out to re tarmac the pavements in my area. Unfortunately one of the contractors thought it was a good idea to completely tarmac over my stop tap. I can no longer turn off my water, if i was to have a leak this would cause thousands of pounds of damage with no way of turning the water off. Please can you send some one to number 62 Pensfield Park, Brentry, Bristol to rectify this problem as soon as possible.
