Stop line for traffic lights needs re-painting

The 'stop' line for the traffic lights (including the advance stop line for cycles) needs to be repainted as they are impossible to see. There is a lot of traffic on this section of road, and also a lot or heavy vehicles due to construction traffic in the area, so it is particularly important that the stop lines are very clear.
