Rubbish all along the pavement, blocking pavement and partially on the road

There is a large amount of rubbage, wood, old furniture, big white bags full of rubbish all along the length of Goodneston Road. Its been weeks . You keep on telling us there is nothing you can do, why ?It is not on private property and definitely has easy access. It's spread all over the pavement and onto the road, is our area a tipping ground, I suggest someone actually comes to have a look as I believe know one has, I'm personally happy to meet someone to discuss this problem,
