Blue skip bin belonging to shop permanently on pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7497353.

The blue industrial bin belonging to the shop is permanently stored on the pavement, blocking over half the width. The bin should be stored on land belonging to the shop, not blocking a public pavement. The pavement opposite is non-existent and always blocked by cars so the route past the shop is the only safe way to take a pram but there is not enough room for a double buggy.
