Broken bollard at entrance to back access lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7501556.

I am having some work done on my house and I need access for skip and materials to be delivered to the land at the back of 42 the glades Bs5 7en. I understand that the bollard to the entrance on Royate Hill is broken so access cannot be gained. When will this be fixed so I can gain access?
