The concrete cut around the water plate rocks

This has been here for around 6months however more recently has started rocking badly, It is on the section of pavement to access Whatley Court, 27-29 Whatley Road, BS8 2PS, car park. The development is a retirement property and the concern is this movement could cause issues for our residents and other pedestrians.
