Cars and vans driving over pavement

Cars are now daily using the pavement to drive through this street in both directions, the planters on the road need to include a way to block that area as it is bad for pedestrians and bikes etc. this is now something many people seem to have started doing as a workaround for the EBLN

  • Vehicles would not be driving on the pavement if the silly planters were not put in the middle of the road to create an ever present obstruction.
