Needs guidance for building work near gully

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7510516.

I am planning on doing building work next to this gully, to knock down a garage and rebuild the garage back - but have been advised by contractors that I need a confirmation from the council to go ahead. Have been advised by BCC to put it on FMS to get a response
