Dear council.

This tree belongs to council as we were informed by our management company when we bought our falt in the building on the left. As l know issue was several times reported by our management company but nothing was done in the last 5 years. Bushes growing into our community garden. They are pushing all fences away which is also council responsibility. This tree is huge, blocking light for some flats and it is growing on electric cable.
