Large amounts of rubbish around bus stop

There’s a large amount of rubbish that has been left all around this bus stop. The specific location of the photos attached is the Airport Road bus stop, but the areas around it are also pretty filthy with rubbish. The rubbish next to the bus stop is a continuous problem and I think potentially placing a bin here would help the situation. In general terms the surrounding area of where I live (which is walking distance from the bus stop) is constantly strewn with rubbish. It makes the area quite unpleasant to live in and walk around. I think it also sets the precedent that it’s okay for litter to be left, and therefore continues the problem.
