Water hydrant top has been propped open

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7525402.

Trip hazard. The water hydrant lid has been propped open. I'm not sure if works are planned, though there is blue paint round it. It's always been uneven and random kids kick it up, but I can't close it this time because it's been wedged.
