Flooding in basement of property, constant water pressure where the drain passes the outside wall.

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 14:05, Wednesday 7 May 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7529392.

After contacting a basement specialist and employing a delta membrane system to hold back water from the wall, it has been noted that there is a lot of moisture forming on the membrane system just below street level. Following contact with Wessex Water they have informed me that all that passes the property at this point is a gulley drain. The basement specialist and Wessex water suspect a leaking gulley drain.
