Road has large depression affecting drive access

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7529593.

The road is sinking outside of my drive on 95 Brentry Lane, meaning that cars are unable to drive onto the drive. Citizen is a vulnerable and disabled and needs regular access directly to the front door and the depression is causing issues. Would also like advice on whether they can get a dropped kerb installed here, or would the depression in the road make it difficult
