Surrounding green space fence broken

I took the opportunity to speak with two workmen from Bristol city council when they were replacing the other end of this fence that was broken in January this year. They did take photos of the fence that backs onto No 42 but I have not officially reported it before. The fence posts are rotten and the concern is the fence will eventually collapse.
