2 of these bins (not the one marked 105) appear to not belong to the houses in the alley and are just constantly being moved between this area and pavement, sometimes left to fall into the road. Could possibly be from further up the road but not claimed - constantly causing a nuisance for the last 2 months.

  • Bins are still causing a nuisance. After winds yesterday they were blown across the pavement. May have hit a parked car.
