Taxi parked in middle of bus stop... Happens regularly

This area is consistently overrun by taxis just parking in bus stops. I could NOT disembark passenger wheelchair and driver of taxi was not in his taxi. It was simply parked up there. This is unacceptable and I expect this driver to be fined. They are totally disrespectful to the bus drivers when asked to move too. Really, bus drivers are talking about striking and refusing to service this route now. Something HAS TO BE DONE PLEASE.
