The tires are still there and people are starting to add litter to the tires or spread them over the path.

Hi there,
I saw some of the other reports regarding this and I'm not sure why they were closed. This presents a fire hazard to my fence and heat pump on the other side as well as making it unpleasant for the people that live on the estate behind my house and it is encouraging additional refuse.
I would dispute the accessibility mentioned in one of the cases because the tyres were dumped before the large rocks that restrict vehicle access to the path.
Many thanks, Connon
