Ongoing problem with rubbish bags being left on the street and the contents being blown and spread by gulls, foxes and the wind. Please can you clear all the waste including what’s under the large bins and in the gutters between St John’s Road and Thorndale Mews to reduce the number of times I have to report this. Thanks.
