I’m confused

So you’re claiming this isn’t the Council’s responsibility. How? It’s a road. It’s a pavement. It’s not private land. It’s not inaccessible. It just needs to be on the street cleansing rota. The photos are today. Drains blocked. Runoff full. Slippery leaves along a pavement with a camber. It floods. It’s a hazard that can be sorted by sweeping.

    The street got swept, but not the pavement. The leaves are still inches deep & the drains covered

    Not fixed. Worse. I do not understand who is responsible for this section of pavement. Is it parked or highways. Can someone tell me & inform the appropriate department? As it is there is now about a 30cm high dense layer of leaves, soil, grit & leaves. The lathe is backing up. Latest images from 29 September 2025

    Not fixed & the report keeps getting closed with no attempt to resolve. Meanwhile the drains are block & runoff floods.
