The very large and busy Baltika Supermarket, situated between Grantham and Soundwell Roads, are leaving overflowing wheelie bins and large pallets on the pavement permanently. They are using the pavement this as a permanent storage facility. It is unsightly and a danger for pedestrians, the elderly, infirm and disabled. They are blocking over half the pavement. This large supermarket should have its own integral bin store.
