Bins are constantly left out on pavement- more than 3 weeks now and not been put away. Continuous issue.

Bin from FLAT 2ND FLR 135, WHITELADIES ROAD, BRISTOL, BS8 2PL. Written on this bin. Their collection point is on imperial road where i have marked on the map.

There is also a second black bin in the same location- unsure if this is from either FLAT 1ST FLR 135, WHITELADIES ROAD, BRISTOL, BS8 2PL or FLAT 1ST & 2ND FLRS 137, WHITELADIES ROAD, BRISTOL, BS8 2PL or BSMT FLAT 137, WHITELADIES ROAD, BRISTOL, BS8 2PL.

Rats are an ongoing issue on this road.
