The cut grass border outside the houses needs to be wider

The grass on the public space outside 11 Lime Close looks an absolute mess, the long grass area needs to be made smaller. The grass is getting really long outside my front door. There is nowhere for children to play and all people do is walk up the cut strip and it just makes that strip muddy in wet weather. Why can’t you have the long grass border at the back by the trees and leave the front by the lane and house fronts accessible to children living there. I’m fed up of looking out of windows seeing a mess. I’ve spoken to the neighbours and they agree. Have the long grass section for wildlife at the back so everyone can benefit. A short strip next to the path is not sufficient-you can’t even put a picnic blanket down. I would appreciate it if you could do something for us. It used to be a lovely open space where kids could play but now they have been totally excluded. I would appreciate a response and at least do something
