Car left parked on A road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7593906.

Often on Sundays there is a car parked on the A road here which is left charging. Any cyclists and motorists coming into Bristol are forced into the wrong lane and cyclist have to jockey across lanes. It has been going on for months
