Rubbish around Canford Park entrance

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7596540.
Two plastic bins crammed full of rubbish (one green & one black) located on pavement at Park entrance. One metal industrial size bin overflowing with rubbish, located in lane. Pile of black plastic bags just inside the Park entrance. Possible health hazard. May attract foxes etc. which can scatter the rubbish. Rotting waste includes dog waste and will attract flies.

There are still two plastic bins full of rubbish, at the entrance to Canford Park. (In addition to the normal street bin). Why does Bristol Waste not deal with this?
