Cut turf dumped in rear access lane

The rear access lane serving 21-25 South Dene and 25-31 Coombe Lane BS9 includes a small oval-shaped patch of land that is vulnerable to flytipping. It had become a small wildlife garden, but this afternoon an unknown person ruined it by dumping a mound of cut turf on it.
