There is rubbish outside 41 Bourne Road kingswood Bristol BS158AX am reporting this is a continuous fly tipping at all times. I sent you pictures as you can see in the pictures.Foxs and birds and others are opening bags for food rubbish is been cast over pavement rats also have been seen too.
