The green tier dott scooters and bikes constantly being dumped blocking the whole narrow pavement on Clifton vale hotwells Bristol and all over the hotwells area and the company doesn't do anything about it as red zone no parking zone and there app is allowing them to end there ride anywhere at all please do something about it as lots of elderly people and people with pushchairs and wheelchair people here
