This path is publicly accessible. Young children use it frequently. The wall is a dangerous structure at risk of collapse. The council intervened around 5-6 years ago - but the situation has degraded significantly again since then.

    It looks like some work has been done to remove some blocks but this hasn’t remediated the issue
