Car parked out over junction

Two caravans have been remarked from another position on the downs. The green camouflage caravan had a removal notice on it but the picture shows the owner repositions the caravan and then putting another blue and white one behind it to block it in. The removal lorry could not access it. The blue and white caravan is now parked on double yellow lines and blocking the exit from the bus parking road and the end is sticking out and causing an obstruction. This is dangerous to other road users. The owner of the vehicles/caravans has a high viz jacket on with a company logo. The company is called crown building control Portishead. The caravans are full of rubbish so are not being occupied. They should be removed as they are abandoned and also illegally parked and causing an obstruction.
