Water stopcock cover covered on public footpath by tarmac

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7625673.

The councils contractor re covered the public footpath with tarmac but also covered my outside stopcock. I have a water meter so this is a problem.Additionally in an emergency, my mains cannot be shut off. Please fix asap.
