Tree branch leaning onto telephone/internet wires going into our house

Tree has slightly overgrown - not usually an issue but it’s now leaning onto the wires The tree is located on the council owned land next to our private property It’s too high for us to cut back ourselves & we’re unsure on any risk factors due to wires etc ☺️
