A tree is blocking the pavement on Passage Road just before the Crow Lane Roundabout and a side road called Dragon something. Pedestrians must go onto the road (A4018) to pass. I have just cut my face (not bad but near eye) so the branches/trunk are sharp (I cannot see) and I believe it needs removing or if it is a private persons resposnibility safety bollards put round it.

Risk to public safety i.e. visual impairment, wheelchair users, mothers with prams (it is near a nersary) - I've just encounterred this today but do not know when it happened or whether it was due to the weather or being cut that it is fallen.
