York Place residents request wheelie collection dates leaflet

York Place BS8 1AH black wheelie bins are now on fortnightly collection but as this info was not circulated directly to residents bins are still put out weekly by some houses and end up overflowing in the street till the next collection. It would really help to have paper leaflets that could be put up on hallway noticeboards so all the flats know the dates for collections.. (On the pavement opposite the houses several abandoned old overflowing bins remain but this is a separate issue already reported)
