Tree with partially dead section

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7639099.

A dead branch (not big, but big enough to be a concern) from this tree has fallen into my garden. Looking up into the tree, I can see that although the tree is mainly healthy, there are several sections where the branches appear to have no leaves and may be dead.
